NOTE 5 — DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS

2008

On 15 August 2007 the Company sold its 50% shareholding in Roadshow Distributors Pty Limited, an associate as at 30 June 2007. This was
not shown as a discontinued operation at the end of the prior financial year (30 June 2007) and the comparative Income Statement for the year
ended 30 June 2007 has been re-presented to show the discontinued operation separately from continuing operations.

2007

The sale of the Pier 26 Bar and Café business was completed on 25 June 2007.
